My chosen family

Well fellas, today I’m going to write about my best friends from my city town because they’re awesome. We first met when we were on 3rd grade of high school in Temuco. I was at the same class with 3 of them, David, Alfred and Uzi, because we chose the humanist program. One day with them I saw some dude screaming “I’m chocman-man” with a box of chocmans on his head and a piece of something pretending to be a sword. He was my friend’s friend, Giovanni, and that day he became my friend too, he was the italian one of the group. Our friendship is the best thing of my life. On our first year out of high school I decided to study law in Temuco, David and Alfred wanted to study psychology in Temuco as well, Uzi wanted to study agronomy also in Temuco, and Giovanni wanted to study mechanical engineering in Valparaíso. However, Alfred wasn’t able to study psychology, and Uzi left his studies on his first day to get a fly to Middle East, we haven’t seen Uzi since 2018. I also left my law studies in the first semester. Only David and Giovanni were able to follow what they wanted to study. Next year I started to study political science in Santiago, and Alfred started studying social sciences. Giovanni didn’t like his university, so now he’s studying in Santiago too. I love spending time with them because we laugh the entire time, and also because we are a family. They are my support, sometimes advisors, sometimes my kids, and I really miss hanging out with them because the social distancing. I hope this pandemic ends soon to see them again.
